Early life and education

Abdurahimov was born on November 8, 1992 in the mountain village of Shul (today Nusratullo Makhsum) in the Garm district — now the Rasht district — of Tajikistan, to Nasurdin Abdurahimov (b. 1960) and Sabohat Saidova (b. 1963), both natives of the Garm region. In 1994–1995 the family moved to the capital, Dushanbe, where he attended Secondary School №42 from 1999 to 2009.

His path into media began with street culture. From 2006 to 2012 he trained parkour as a member of the Street Tracers team, and from 2006 to 2013 he rapped in the group DCAlliance. The parkour films the crews shot around Dushanbe — «Догонялки» (~2009), «PK», «ЖЕСТ!!!!» — are among the first parkour mini-films of the Tajik internet, and they gave him his first experience behind and in front of the camera.

That experience quickly became pioneering work. His personal video blogs, preserved on his first YouTube channel @IIIaux, date back to 2011 — years before blogging became a profession in Tajikistan — which is why he is called the first blogger of Tajikistan. On the same channel he filmed and promoted others from as early as 2010: athletes, dancers, footballer Bahrom Jalilov of FC Istiklol, contest winners of his game servers — making him the country's first YouTube producer as well.

After finishing school he took a gap year, then enrolled at the Technological University of Tajikistan in 2010. In January 2013 he transferred to the correspondence faculty of World Economy at the Tajik State University of Commerce, which he left in 2014 to focus entirely on his media ventures.

Early career (2009–2014)

Abdurahimov's first media job came in the summer of 2009, editing video for television programs at TV Bahoriston. Between 2010 and 2012 he built and operated two Lineage 2 game servers, ADEN.TJ and L2MONEY.TJ — the largest concurrent-player game servers in Tajikistan — handling everything from server architecture to community events, and producing his own promotional videos for them. In the same years he worked as an audio engineer at the DCA Rec. hip-hop studio, recording, mixing, and mastering tracks for regional rap artists, and as a web developer at Farozi RD LLC (2011–2014), building custom websites and corporate portals.

In 2013 he founded his own video studio, producing music videos for rap artists and professionally filming rap concerts and battles — work that raised the video production standard of the young industry and continues to this day as his freelance photography and videography practice.

Building Tajikistan's rap industry (2015–2023)

In 2015 Abdurahimov founded Revad 2020 LLC, a multimedia company for photography, videography, and web development, and launched rap.tj — the first centralized music platform for rap artists in Tajikistan. The platform introduced weekly, monthly, and annual charts with monetary prizes, a like-based monetization system that paid artists for their popularity, and «РЭП БАРОИ ҲАМА» (“Rap for All”) — free monthly concerts for emerging artists. Its YouTube arm, RAP PORTAL, grew into the leading media resource of the niche; its most popular videos have reached 1.5–2.2 million views each.

The platform institutionalized the rap battle: the first organized battle platform in the country drew over 1,000 participants, and recordings were watched by tens to hundreds of thousands of viewers. In 2017–2018, artists under his direction performed for the President of Tajikistan for the first time in the country's history, and he produced, wrote, directed, filmed, and edited “Mirzo” — the first mini-series of the Tajik segment of YouTube, 38 episodes whose lead actors became national stars. By 2019 the company occupied a 450 m² floor in Tajikistan's most prestigious business center with 30 employees, ran a talent incubator that supported more than 20 artists and bloggers, and organized “Sadoi Kucha” (“Voice of the Streets”) — the country's main music tournament, whose winners went on to national and international fame.

When authorities recommended halting rap battles in early 2019, Abdurahimov redesigned the format rather than abandon it: the weekly “Mahfili Mushoira” reframed battle culture through the classical Tajik-Persian poetry-contest tradition, with rounds of improvised verse and cash prizes. “So that conflicts would not grow and rap performance would not be banned, we decided to change its form,” he told Radio Ozodi at the time. Under continuing state pressure on rap culture, he ultimately closed operations in Tajikistan to protect himself and his team.

Association of Bloggers of Tajikistan (2023–2024)

In May 2023 Abdurahimov was invited to the leadership of the newly created Association of Bloggers of Tajikistan as its Vice President. He authored the concept and nomination system of “Blogger of the Year 2023” — the first national blogger award of Tajikistan — served on its jury, and generated more than $40,000 in revenue for the Association.

United States (2024–present)

After relocating to the United States, Abdurahimov first lived in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, then spent a year and a half in Denver, Colorado, before settling in the Austin area (Leander), Texas, at the end of 2025. In July 2024 he founded TOJIK.CO, an immigration platform that helps Tajik immigrants adapt to life in America through practical educational video content on YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram. He also runs WMoo pro LLC, a creative studio in Austin specializing in photography, videography, and podcasts, produces viral comedy videos that reach 1–2 million views, teaches international online blogging courses for Tajik-speaking audiences in Germany, Russia, and Tajikistan, and produced a mini-series about Tajik life filmed in Minneapolis. On RAP PORTAL he hosts new interview and podcast formats, including «ГАП ГАП», which has run for more than 220 numbered episodes.

Like many first-generation immigrants, he combined building his new ventures with hands-on work: driving for Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash in Denver and Austin, and in 2026 deploying structured cabling and fiber-optic infrastructure in enterprise AI data centers — for xAI, Core Scientific, Switch, Colovore, VERTEX50, ISTOK Group, and Computacenter — across Tennessee, Texas, and Nevada, adding data-center infrastructure to his skill set.

Projects in development

As of 2026, Abdurahimov is developing several new products: Maktabi Nav (МАКТАБИ НАВ), MAVI, the GAP GAP News Bot, a corporate portal, a crowdfunding platform for Tajikistan, and a car classifieds portal.

Personal life

Abdurahimov met Mavluda Yunusova in late October 2015 and proposed to her on New Year's Eve of the same year; they married in Dushanbe on August 20, 2016. The couple have two sons, Dilshod (b. 2017) and Bezhan (b. 2022). Mavluda runs BEAUTY REY, a beauty salon in Cedar Park, Texas.

His father Nasurdin Abdurahimov (b. 1960) and mother Sabohat Saidova (b. 1963) come from the Garm (Rasht) region; he has an elder sister, Manizha (b. 1986), and a younger sister, Mavzuna (b. 2000).

Abdurahimov has traveled to twenty countries, including Russia, the UAE, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Belarus, Qatar, Pakistan, and the United States.
